INGREDIENTS
1 cauliflower
2 tspns harissa spice
Lemon, to serve
Mint, to serve

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Roast 1 head cauliflower with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 2 tspns harissa spice for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Baste the cauliflower with the coconut oil every 5 minutes.

Serve with fresh lemon and mint.
