Low Fat Low Carb Turkey Chili:
Turkey is the most under rated and used protein, however, we advocate the use of it completely on our Protocol and it is readily available at most stores and supermarkets too 🙂

Number of Servings: 6
1 package lean ground turkey
1 Onion
1 yellow Bell Pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 Jalapenos
Chili Powder
Ground cumin
Ground coriander
dried oregano leaves
dried marjoram leaves
Can of chopped tomatoes
Tomatoe paste (low sodium)
Fresh Cilantro
Grease a large pot with coconut oil and brown turkey, onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno and all spices. Once the turkey is fully cooked add 1 and a half cans of any chopped tomatoes, and 45 grams of tomatoe paste. Turn plate down and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add cilantro and stir. You can top this with your fat yoghurt portion if you like.
