Just because we are on a diet, doesn’t mean we cannot enjoy some of the good things in life 🙂
6-7 Frozen Strawberries or mixed berries (allow to thaw slightly)
Sweet’n Low or Stevia (to taste
1 tsp of low fat milk
1 serving of Cottage Cheese
1-2 drops of sugar free vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients until desired texture is achieve and enjoy.
